Refund Policy of Ann + Joy
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are all accepted: Contact us (Shiverstar) within 14 days of delivery, ship items back within: 30 days of delivery, request a cancellation within: 3 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are free of charge.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
